Hey, you weirdo!

New week. What's up?

With me, I'm creating multiple passive income streams. I want to make money while I sleep, chill, and... live. Sleeping is my most favorite activity.

So... by the end of 2024, I plan to have many streams running. Financial freedom through ebooks, including my queer sci-fi erotica, 🌹Decadent Plague.

This super spicy stud x stud couple is an exciting project for me.

Now, onto the...

Marketing tips

Marketing can feel confusing, but mapping out some foundational areas can help you reach more people.

So, let's get into it quickly.

Tip #1: Research first

Before creating a bunch of content, ask your audience what they want to know and see.

This can help you create content your audience thinks is meaningful.

Some other ways to know your audience is to:

  • know where your audience hangs out, which platforms they're on
  • study the keywords and hashtags they're on
  • focus on solving their problems

One of the easiest ways is to ask your audience directly. You can add polls on Xitter and send your newsletter subscribers surveys.

Google Forms and Typeform are two ways to create helpful and beautiful forms.

Another foundational rule for marketing is...

Tip #2: Don't forget to match

After choosing your personal brand—or the impression you want to be known for—it's great to design your content to match with your brand.

Branding doesn't mean this stuffy strategy-building to-do, but it could mean your color scheme, tone of your content, consistent feeling, or impact you have on others.

For example, if your personal branding is trusting, kind, and uplifting, most of your content should match this.

Even if you're in a crap mood, always remember how you want to impact others.

Questions to ask

  • Map out your brand's basics. What's the foundation of the impact you want to have?
  • Which actions and behaviors align with your brand? Which ones don't?
  • What do you need to learn to make your brand the best it can be?

Tip #3: Cut the fluff

Add personal stories and actionable tips to some of your content.

Many people love to get to know you, and they like steps that are easy to follow and do.

Add a roadmap to your article.

Most people enjoy being able to implement the steps you're talking about.

Adding images or videos of the process can be helpful as well.
