I'm one of those self-improvement types. I'm always looking for ways to be better, more self-aware, more mature, and less of who I don't need to be.
Enter the Enneagram.
So, I'll keep this quick: there's nine different personalities associated with the Enneagram—and tons of books that can help you understand more about yourself and others.
The best thing about the Enneagram is how it lets you explore your shadows. These are the places in yourself where you've buried pain. For most of us, that pain is still showing up today, messing up our lives.
And we'd be better off without it.
I've learned to be
- more patient
- less pushy
- more of a gray thinker
- not so controlling
- less impulsive
- a better leader
